Hi I’m Jennifer…

For many years, I’ve been passionate about leading and innovating in the health and wellness industry. My dedication to creating transformative wellness experiences and marketing events that shift the conversation around cannabis has earned me recognition for my creativity, professionalism, and forward-thinking approach.

I began my journey in the hospitality industry, where I gained invaluable skills in customer service, guest experience, attention to detail, and the art of designing beautifully curated spaces. These experiences taught me how to create meaningful connections and set the stage for my transition into wellness-focused events.

My path to wellness became deeply personal during my 20s and 30s as I navigated a challenging journey with Ulcerative Colitis. This experience forced me to prioritize finding a healthier, happier way of living. I realized that managing stress and cultivating joy were essential to my well-being, and I set out to design a life that felt both fulfilling and sustainable. Eventually, I merged my love for health and wellness with my passion for creating memorable experiences, stepping into the next chapter of my career.

In 2017, I founded CANNAKULA, a wellness-focused cannabis education and event company. CANNAKULA, which means “Cannabis Community,” offered experiences that integrate plant medicine education with yoga, meditation, sound healing, and more.

In 2019, I joined Walter Productions as the Event Curator for Walter Yoga, where I helped create and produce signature events in downtown Phoenix. Walter Yoga combines approachable yoga classes with state-of-the-art light and sound experiences. Walter Yoga’s home is the Walter Where?House, where you can still attend one of our unique events today.

In 2020, I co-founded Plant. Body. Soul., a Creative Marketing and Branding Agency, with my business partner Gordon Ogden. Together, we helped bring creativity, innovation, and positivity to the marketing of cannabis, psychedelics, and wellness. After 4 years, we closed the chapter on Plant. Body. Soul.

My Approach to Wellness

I’ve completed over 700 hours of yoga training through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and Spirit of Yoga. Over the years, I have trained in areas like I AM Yoga Nidra, Yoga for PTSD, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Somatic Movement, and Qigong. Additionally, my studies in Buddhism, Chinese Medicine, and Kabbalah have profoundly influenced my wellness journey and teaching methodology.

What I Love

I adore my loving husband, our Frenchie, cooking for friends and family, spiritual studies, traveling the world, hiking and swimming in the ocean. I am especially passionate about helping others find their own path to wellness, joy, and connection.
