Important Information:
Wear comfortable clothing, with layers that you can add or subtract if you need to do so. Don't forget to bring socks if your feet get cold.
Keep in mind that you will be lying on the ground outside for an extended period of time. Remember, you are responsible for your level of comfort, so please come prepared with what you need to be supremely comfortable. It is highly recommended to bring a yoga mat or some sort of thick exercise mat, a blanket to place over your yoga mat for extra padding under your body, as well as a cozy blanket to cover your body. You might consider bringing a bolster or extra padding for under the knees, if you have a hard time laying flat on your back, as well as a pillow for under your head. It will help you drop deeper into meditation if you bring something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow, eye mask, scarf, bandana or hand towel.
